Wash & fold and ironing are typically ready within 24–48 hours. Dry cleaning may take 2–3 days depending on the fabric and quantity.

Do you offer dry cleaning?

Yes. We handle delicate and special fabrics including woollens, silks, lehengas, and formal wear. Select Dry Cleaning when booking.

What if my garment is damaged or lost?

Accepted Answer

We inspect every garment on arrival. If damage occurs during cleaning, we re-clean at no charge. Liability for a lost garment is capped at ₹2,000 per item. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes — contact us before pickup and we will cancel at no charge. Once your laundry has been collected, cancellations cannot be accepted.
