When you book a pickup or contact us, we may collect:

• Name — to address you and identify your order
• Phone number — to confirm bookings, send updates, and contact you for pickup or delivery
• Email address (optional) — to send loyalty points updates and order notifications
• Pickup address — to arrange collection from your location
• GPS coordinates (optional) — if you choose to share your location on the booking form, to help our rider find you
• Service details — type of service selected, fabric notes, and special instructions you provide

We do not collect payment card numbers. Payments are made in cash or via UPI directly with our staff.

• To confirm and manage your laundry booking
• To arrange pickup and delivery at your location
• To send order status notifications by email (when you provide an email address)
• To manage your loyalty points balance and referral code
• To respond to questions or complaints you send us
• To improve our service through anonymised usage analysis

We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing without your consent.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• Resend (email delivery service) — to send booking notifications and loyalty emails
• Supabase (database hosting) — where your booking and customer records are stored securely
• Our staff — who handle pickup, cleaning, and delivery of your order

All third-party providers are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.

Our website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with our pages (page views, session duration, traffic sources). Google Analytics uses cookies — small text files stored on your device. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google.

You may opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We retain your booking and customer records for as long as you are an active customer or as required to resolve disputes and comply with applicable law. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Your data is stored on Supabase, a secure cloud database with row-level security policies, encrypted connections (TLS), and access controls. Only authorised staff and administrators can access your records. We do not store payment card information.

Under India's DPDPA and general data protection principles, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legitimate business needs)
• Withdraw consent for us to contact you for non-essential purposes

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
